
INGREDIENTS:
(1) cooked rice - 2 bowls
(2) dried bean curd bun - 1, dried mushroom - 3, fresh soybean - a handful, egg - 2
SEASONINGS:
soy sauce - 2 tbsp
MSG - 2 tsp
salt - to taste
Cooking Instructions:
1. chop ingredients (2).
2. heat oil in a pan, stir-fry eggs till well done; remove; heat oil in a pan, stir-fry dried mushrooms till give out a good odour; add fresh soybeans and bean curd buns and stir-fry; add rice and seasonings and stir-fry over mild heat; add fried eggs and stir-fry again lightly.
