Golden Dumpling



INGREDIENTS:
(1) egg -4
(2) dried mushroom - 3, bamboo shoot - 1, soybean bun - 1, green bean flour sheet - 1, water chestnut - 3, spinach - 3 bunches,carrot - to taste

SEASONING:
MSG - 2 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
sesame oil - to taste
cornstarch

Cooking Instructions:
1. break eggs into a bowl; add MSG and salt; stir
2. clean ingredients (2) with water and chop; stir-fry till thoroughly cooked.
3. heat oil in a pan, fry a spoonful of egg into a pancake; put some mixed ingredients (2) on the pancake and fold; fry further till golden. Repeat the process to make more egg dumplings.
