
INGREDIENTS:
(1) rice flour noodle - 10 oz
(2) cabbage - 1/2, dried bean curd bun - 3, celery - 2 sticks, green bean sprouts - 5 oz, carrot - one small.
SEASONGING:
* MSG - 2 tsp, soy sauce - 3 tsp, salt - 1 tsp.
Cooking Instructions:
1. wash ingredients (2) and cut into small pieces.
2. heat oil in a pan; stir-fry ingredients (2) till thoroughly cooked; add rice flour noodle and seasoning; stir-fry lightly.
