
INGREDIENTS:
* noodle - 20 oz
* salted vegetables - to taste
* carrot - one small
* dried beancurd bun - 2
* straw mushroom - 5
* celery - 1 stick
SEASONINGS:
* MSG - 2 tsp
* soy sauce - 3 tbsp
* sugar - 1 tsp
Cooking Instructions:
1. clean ingredients with water; chop carrot, beancurd buns and celery; slice mushroom; chop salted vegetables.
2. heat oil in a pan; stir-fry chopped ingredients till soft; add noodle and seasonings; stir-fry.
