
Egg Sushi
INGREDIENTS:
* RICE - 10 OZ
* EGG - 4
* DRIED TURNIP - 4 PIECES
* LAVER (dried and pressed seaweed) - 4 sheets
Cooking Instructions:
1. wash rice and cook; cut dried turnip into small pieces and blanch with boiling water.
2. beat eggs in a bowl; heat oil in a pan; pour egg into pan through a sieve; fry egg till golden.
3. spread rice on a sheet of laver; cover with fried egg and dried turnip; roll up.
4. cut each roll into eight pieces; arrange sushi on a plate and decorate the dish with coriander leaves.
