Crystal Dumpling



Crystal Dumpling

INGREDIENTS:
(1) dumpling skin - 2 oz
(2) cabbage -1, dried bean curd bun - 5, golden needle mushrooms - 1 bunch, dried mushroom -10

SEASONING:
(1) MSG - 2 tsp, salt - 1 tsp, cornstarch - 3 tsp
(2) vinegar - 1 tbsp, ginger to taste, sesame oil - to taste, soy sauce - 2 tbsp

Cooking Instructions:
1. clean ingredients (2) and chop; fry till thoroughly cooked; add MSG and salt; remove from pan and mix with cornstarch (to be used as stuffing); place stuffing on dumpling skins and fold up.
2. boil water in a pot; cook dumplings (shuichiao) in boiling water till float remove dumplings from pot and place them on a plate.
3. make sauce with chopped ginger and seasoning (2).
